Kathy Souza and Valerie Furuta have travelled quite extensively abroad as well as within own Hawaii over the last 15 years. To name a few of the countries and states we have visited:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC, eastern and western Canada, Germany, Guam, Lichtenstein, Mexico, Portugal, Saipan, Sardinia, Switzerland.

We have stayed at a wide variety of accommodations ranging from hostels throughout Europe to Five Star Hotels. Our preference for lodging while on vacation is either a bed-n-breakfast or vacation rental. The knowledge and experience we have gained, and lifelong memories of our travels have prompted us to create our own vacation rental, the "House of Sweet Dreams." Our tropical "Hawaiiana" theme throughout then rental is feeling of paradise becoming a reality.

This large "non-smoking" one bedroom vacation rental is equipped with a full size bed and is comfortable and affordable for two people.Rates starting at $ 125/per night - $775/per week, it can also accommodate a third person with a futon mattress on the floor for an additional charge of $15.00 per night/ $90.00 per week. We also offer Local Kamaaina discount available with valid Hawaii ID.

Start your morning with a sunrise walk along the six mile stretch of beach known as Kailua Beach. Kailua town has a wide variety of restaurants including Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Moroccan, Chinese, American as well as the normal fast food chains. On the other hand, if you prefer to dine in for the evening, the rental is equipped with a two burner stove microwave and toaster oven. A lanai area with table top and BBQ grill is also available for your outdoor dining pleasure. We also offer full kitchen amenities such as Dishes, Utensils, Pots & Pans, Ten cup coffee maker, and etc. You may prefer to have a quiet evening and pick up a couple of movies from our local Blockbuster account.

For a night out on the town, Waikiki is a mere hop-skip and jump over the Pali Highway (30 minutes). There are a variety of night clubs supplying all types of music for your enjoyment
